Vogons Vintage Driver Library has, for Voodoo 5 and Windows 98, Amigamerlin v2.9 and Voodoolizer 1.05.00. What arethe the differences between these, e.g. features/advantages/stability, etc.?

Honestly in my experience Amigamerlin drivers were always the best. The main differences you will find in different driver sets is their OpenGL drivers and sometimes updated D3D drivers.
