Hello guys and a very happy new year! I found a Prometheus ARIA16 and tried to make it work with no luck. It booms when i turn on my pc and then silence... I noticed that everything in the from of the card is where it should be but in the back it's missing the L2,L3,L4. Can someone who has this card take a picture of the back side so i can make sure that i am not missing something?

Many thanks.

L2/3/4 were never there and you can see they two are clearly bypassed and 3rd one probably is too so this will not be the cause.

The contacts look fairly dirty, go over them with a pencil eraser. Do you have the initialization software / driver etc. ?

It seems that Prometheus ARIA16 cards wouldn't work on machines faster than 486.

Did you check the big, shrink-tubed fuse? F1?

I did not know that! I will undig my 386 and my 486sx/33 to test further!
