Hello, I'm new to the retro hardware collections and I have a Jetway 993AN Motherboard with socket370 celeron 500 + 128mb sdram + 600w psu
I don't have any agp gpus atm but I cant even get the fans spinning without forcing it from the psu. Do you have any ideas? Thanks.

993AN? Check the caps, most likely everything related to power delivery will have failed and needs replacing before (reliable) operation.

Yes, that is why I ask for a photo. I have the same board and had a friend recap it last year because some of the VRM caps started to bulge.
