What do you guys think about the NEW Apple 2019 Mac Pro ?
It will accept hardware from third party manufactures and software too.
So what is the difference between a hackintosh and a 2019 Mac Pro ?
I think Apple is caving into competition from the PC market and Hackintosh.
That is why Apple compared the NEW 2019 Mac Pro to an MS-Windows computer the HP “Z” series workstations.
What happened to NOT comparing Apples to Oranges ?
The MS-Windows PC is NOT a Mac.
The NEW 2019 Mac Pro will start selling for $6000

It has a 27-inch 5k display that sells for $5000 to $6000 and a monitor stand that will sell for $999.

How many gamers will buy this computer for playing PC games ?

The “Simplicity” that was Steve Jobs Apple computers was to make it Simple, secure and reliable.

Like the iPad
Like the iMac
Like the Macbook
Like the iPhone

It’s ironic that Apple’s best computers are the iPhone and iPad and they are Apple’s least expensive computers.

These high end Mac are mainly for Video editors.
Most modern games can not utilize more than 6 CPU cores.
So an 8-core computer is NOT needed for playing todays modern games.

I see people building Hackintosh’s and 3D printing monitor stands.

I think Apple should “Think Different” and stick with “Closed, secure, reliable” computers.

Don’t become an “Orange” when you are an “Apple”.

A closed secure reliable computer fully designed and engineered by Apple.
