Hi there,
I just downloaded DosBox to run Rayman (version 1) on Win XP Prof.
It's on a CD, when I try to start it the first two lines of the install file appear but then the cdrom opens, and of course there appears an error. When I close the cdrom again, after some time it opens again - and so on.

Can somebody please help me, it would be fun when I could play Rayman on XP here 😁.

Probably CD copy protection... The game does not recognize its CD, therefore wants anothe...
Read about options for mounting CDs (specifying label etc.).
But maybe a crack will be needed - I do not know (Do not ask for any cracks here!).

I'd say, create an image of the CD, and mount that in DOSBOX using imgmount. This way, it can't eject the "cd", and imgmount enjoys far better emulation.
