The bios won't allow booting to windows 7 in UEFI mode? What about a legacy mode?
There was some problem with ACPI, as far as I can remember, and it wasn't solved, not even with new 3000 APUs. On the other hand, AMD never promise official Win 7 compatibility with any Ryzen CPU, so from this point of view it's fine.
