When I try to open the dgVoodooCpl.exe it doesn't launch correctly. I can see it under task manager but nothing happens, no window with settings. This is with latest version on windows 10.

From what folder do you try to run it?
Also, right click on dgvoodoocpl.exe in the task Manager and selecting 'analyze waiting chain' does report something useful?
