I'm kind of a newbie to this, so sorry if any bit of this is answered somewhere, but..
can anyone tell me how to (if it's even possible) get any Star Wars games playable on the pocket pc.
Any help here would be hot.

Sorry mate, that is beyond the scope of this board (and beyond the scope of the PocketPC's ability). That said, I'll leave this thread open in the off-chance that someone can prove me wrong.
Yes, it’s my fault.
This site will probably be more helpful for you:

It looks like "PocketDOS" is your only real hope. I presume the "star wars" games you were referring to are old DOS games.
In any case, PocketDOS is a commercial emulator at:

Be aware that it refers to itself as a "PC-XT emulator", so I wouldn't get your hopes too high.
There's a free one called XT-CE. Again, not of much use.
I did hear there was a SCUMMVM port to IPAQ, though. I think. So you COULD run other LucasArts games.
There's a NES emulator, too - so you could play the Star Wars NES games... and others... but PC? Forget it, unless it's from before the 1990's or something.

Not anymore, it's become part of PocketDOS.
