I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

is that a bootable iso or?
Nice collection of DFI BIOS files, would be nicer if it had a readme that helped decode which was what. Each .IMA inside is a floppy bootable image with BIOS and Flasher. Which DFI LANPARTY UT X48 do you have ? T2R, T3RS, etc ? I found multi BIOS images but need more info ...
Also: which BIOS do you currently have ?
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
DFI LANParty UT X48-T2R
bios: 12/24/2008-Bigby-8a79pd4cc-00
The problem is bios won't remeber my settings...
Tried couple of bioses and no luck. It's the same thing with every bios it won't remember my settings. I even clean bios chip with some isopropil alch.

How old is the coin cell backup battery on the motherboard? Might be time for a new one?
Tried a couple of them, even measure voltages on them and they are all fine...
sure that your clear cmos jumper isn't on.
