Copies can be found all over the net... but original can be found on different selling sites (local or ebay). Just CD (OEM version) is usually quite cheap, boxed can be expensive.

A minty fresh one from retail is highly unlikely, so best thing to do is look on online marketplaces / auctions or ask about.
