Try initializing it under DOS with Unisound and report back what it detects as if it got detected.

Try the ALS007/ALS100 drivers.

Both unisound and ALS007 drivers work, but I got another problem. In Wolfenstein 3D the fm music works but sound fx is played only one (for example gun sound) then all sound fx is cut off. It is AMD 386DX40 with 16MB of RAM.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a DMA conflict. Make sure nothing else is using the same DMA channel the card is.

It was actually IRQ conflict. Once I configured the soundcard with a different IRQ the problem has been fixed. I kinda like more ALS drivers, but having a modern alternative is always nice...
