You can mod the sockets on a BP6 to take coppermines, we did that to a friends board back in the day. No idea if it would subsequently take Tualatins in adapters though!

You can theoretically add as many ISA slots as you want. It just comes down to power requirements and signal clarity.
The ISA bus is all shared so there isn't anything special you have to do to have more slots. You can access them the same exact way as the slot on the motherboard.

No. The white port is PCI. The black port is ISA. If you look closely, you will see that the ISA port is just a passthrough and not connected to the PCI port at all.
