Hi there,

I've recently ordered an adapter for a mobo I should receive soon as I'm mainly using brand new PSU.
So I thought I'd receive a very simple straight adapter, with just no connection on 4 pins used for new mobos.
like that :

When I placed the order, I saw what I expected :

BUT ! When I received it, I've been surprised to see all pins connected, from the 24 to 20 connector. ( click to enlarge )

They even managed to do a kind of cross connection, instead of a just straight one. I'm a bit surprised and still trying to figure out why they proceed like that.

Any idea ?
