I was using this motherboard to test my slot 1 processors and found that all 133 Mhz FSB processors would fail to POST and report an error code 0D0C on my diagnostics card. This board supports 133 Mhz bus processors so it's not just the FSB speed.

This board was using the original version 1006 BIOS and there are several updates available. The BIOS was also suspect because at bootup it would identity a Pentium 3 as a Pentium 2.

I updated to the latest 1014 BIOS and it works great now.

Thanks for reporting! So is that just missing microcodes in the old BIOS version or something else?

It must be. I'm still testing with this board and have issues getting it to work with a Coppermine processor in a slocket. Despite having a generous selection of overclocking jumpers, it is very picky about what CPU is will accept.
