The Volvo 960 is the car I use for longer trips, the noise in the VAZ gets a bit irritating after a while. Its a perfect second car though as it dosnt cost anything when its not beeing used. The volvo 960 is 24 year old though so Im not sure it can be called a safe car by todays standards and as it has a tuned B204FT 16 valve turbo engine...
What about corrosion and lack of spare parts?
