I'm gonna guess this out of left field. That dash & pop-up lights sure look like an AE86 (used to own one 😀 ) and a lot of late-'90s/early-2000s arcade games used 3DFX hardware. Soooo... Initial D, Arcade Stage?

I'm curious about it as I love NFS series. Looks really good

Its not Initial D or an arcade game. Its for the pc. And quite modern. Also I believe The car is a AE86.
