Hey kahuna! It's been some time, thanks for the latest update 😀 I have updated the two computers I use G.R.O.G. on without issue and it's better than ever!

The new config file options for faster launch and exit, disable confirmation etc.. is great.
One very minor thing I was going to suggest would be a "default" view in options, in the sense that I'm mainly using the "list all" mode, so I'm used to launch grog /l to directly go there which is good enough of course, but as you now have a config file with similar options, maybe you'd be interested in adding it?

Thanks again for making that very cool launcher 😀

Hey Boohyaka,

Thanks for the kind words. GROG has become a nice piece of software, full of features that were never anticipated thanks to all the input and feedback received here. I really appreciate it.
Unfortunately, due to some personal and professional projects, I don't even have time to play DOS games these days. Hopefully, I will be back at it soon.
I will make a note in the docs on Codeberg to make sure I don't forget about it. In the meantime, you can actually have that behaviour quite simply: edit grog.bat, look at the top, remove the comment marks (REM) if they're still there, and add the /L. It should look like this (adjust for your environment, GROG drive, folder...):
C:
CD \GROGMENU
GROGMENU.EXE /L %1

Then you can just launch it typing grog, the full list of games should always appear.

Let me know how it goes!
