I've added some documentation about the Feature Connector pinout at https://oummg.com/manual/#appendix_b_vesa_sta … rough_connector . With a Feature Connector, CRT Terminator would be able to output a DVI-D compatible video signal from the card, although there are bandwidth and configuration limitations to be mindful of.

I have two copies of Diamond SpeedSTAR 64 CL-GD5434 in my lab that I have tested paired up with CRT Terminator:

The SpeedSTAR 64 BIOS has a really unique bug with respect to PCI palette snooping configuration, which I haven't seen any other graphics card to have. This needs a TSR to fix.
