Driver disk arrived and is readable. Seems to be the correct driver for the card. The card is detected and running 😀

1. Backup your MegaLITH Software Diskette

If you are using the MegaLITH card for the first time, protect your
original MegaLITH Software Diskette by putting a tab on it, and make
a backup copy by copying all the files to a new diskette. Keep the
original diskette in a safe place, and use the new diskette for the
following operation.

2. Quick Setup of MegaLITH

a. If you are installing only one MegaLITH card, set the 2 switches
on the MegaLITH as the following:

SW1-1 SW1-2 SW1-3 SW1-4 SW1-5 SW1-6 SW1-7 SW1-8
------------------------------------------------------
ON OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF

SW2-1 SW2-2 SW2-3 SW2-4 SW2-5 SW2-6 SW2-7 SW2-8 SW2-9 SW2-10
---------------------------------------------------------------------
(port 258H) ON ON OFF ON OFF ON ON ON ON OFF

After the switches have been properly set, plug the MegaLITH card
into your computer, and run INSTALL in the MegaLITH Software Diskette
to configure the MegaLITH card. Follow the instructions on the screen
when you are running INSTALL.

b. If you are installing more than one MegaLITH cards, set SWITCH 1
on each MegaLITH card as the following:

SW1-1 SW1-2 SW1-3 SW1-4 SW1-5 SW1-6 SW1-7 SW1-8
------------------------------------------------------
ON OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF

Set SWITCH 2 on each MegaLITH card with different port value as
listed below:

SW2-1 SW2-2 SW2-3 SW2-4 SW2-5 SW2-6 SW2-7 SW2-8 SW2-9 SW2-10
---------------------------------------------------------------------
(port 258H) ON ON OFF ON OFF ON ON ON ON OFF
(port 268H) ON ON OFF OFF ON ON ON ON ON OFF
(port 208H) ON ON ON ON ON ON ON ON ON OFF
(port 218H) ON ON ON ON OFF ON ON ON ON OFF

After the switches have been properly set, plug the MegaLITH cards
into your computer, and run INSTALL in the MegaLITH Software Diskette
to configure the MegaLITH cards. Follow the instructions on the
screen when you are running INSTALL.

3. Troubleshooting

If the system cannot boot up with MegaLITH or there is memory conflict
between MegaLITH memory and motherboard memory, (Probably the switches
on MegaLITH is not set correctly or the MegaLITH is not INSTALLed with
correct value or the MegaLITH was INSTALLed on the other machine with
different memory configuration.) follow the procedure below to
reconfigure MegaLITH:

STEP 1:

Power off the machine, set SWITCH 1 on each MegaLITH card as the
following:

SW1-1 SW1-2 SW1-3 SW1-4 SW1-5 SW1-6 SW1-7 SW1-8
------------------------------------------------------
ON OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF

Set SWITCH 2 on each MegaLITH card with different port value as
listed below:

SW2-1 SW2-2 SW2-3 SW2-4 SW2-5 SW2-6 SW2-7 SW2-8 SW2-9 SW2-10
---------------------------------------------------------------------
(port 258H) OFF ON OFF ON OFF ON ON ON ON OFF
(port 268H) OFF ON OFF OFF ON ON ON ON ON OFF
(port 208H) OFF ON ON ON ON ON ON ON ON OFF
(port 218H) OFF ON ON ON OFF ON ON ON ON OFF

STEP 2:

Plug MegaLITH card(s) into your computer, power on the machine, run
INSTALL program in the MegaLITH Software Diskette to reconfigure
MegaLITH. Follow the instructions on the screen when you are running
INSTALL. After finishing INSTALL, check that SW2-1 is set ON.

4. Switch Setting

MegaLITH can be configured with switch settings only. If you know the
difference between conventional memory, extended memory, and expanded
memory, and you don't want to run INSTALL, please refer to the MegaLITH
User's Manual for more information about the switch settings.
