Have you zipped 'em up yet? I recently went through all of my DOS games and recompressed them with .zip for usage with PhysFS in DosBox.

It's about 2.6gb for my DOS Full/Demos....not including my DOS CD's.

Hmm, NTI (New Tech Infosystems) CD & DVD-Maker 7.x is very nice and closely resembles NERO. On the other hand, NERO has a few options more, but NTI's seems quite robust.
