I just read a "manual" that says that using jumper JP2 I can select which BIOS I want to use, AMI or Award, but for that the chip must have both BIOSes. And what about writing the BIOS file twice? Why is that and how do I do it? I have the T48 programmer.

Because with the JP2 you set address space used in the 128 KB ROM chip. For Award BIOS you can use W29EE512 EEPROM instead, which is 64 KB in size, so not bother to write two 64 KB BIOS images in EEPROM's "low" and "high" address space.

I've replaced the factory OTP-PROM chip with Winbond W27C010 EEPROM which is compatible with AMI BIOSes, 'cause it turned out that newer W29EE011 chip only works with Award BIOSes for this mobo.

I prefer the last Award BIOS modified by Jan Steunebrink, which is available in the very same thread you linked.
