If you are still looking for the original cooler, there is a cheap card on ebay with similar cooler. (Similar meaning it's a 3pin connector and the sticker is for mass production, not specific Hercules one) But the cooler itself should be the same, and you can make a mew sticker for it.

The model number is TTC-CUV2AB/RHS(DIY) and is incredibly difficult to find these days... I managed to get one for my project recently, and this is the first one I came across since. Good luck

Thanks for the hint. I had that part number flying around already after i did my research for the hercules. More Funny: I bought a defective 9600TX (aka. Medion Radeon 9500Pro) with that cooler, swapped it and after 10 minutes one fan blade flew off and the cooler had the same defect 😁
