After the TPM update on my HPz440 I upgraded the bios to latest 2.62 but was having problems so I rolled the bios version back one to version 2.61 and now everything works perfectly.
I don’t know maybe you need to reinstall the Microsoft Operating system after so many changes.
But I did not want to do that so I just rolled back the bios release.

Works great now.
