Doesn't matter where you get Witchaven. It's a DOS game so no DRM could be applied to it.

If you do have the game... preserve it! Put it in a safe somewhere, multiple copies. Hell, print the hex and put it in a binder. Don't tell anyone 😀 Perhaps when the copyright expire in 65 years our great grandkids will have the benefit of them! (and don't let the politicians play around with copyright laws)
