I've been ofered a 4th one, 28euros including shipping. Love it!
I think I'm going to go for this one and the 3rd one of the previous post.

I think that fourth one is the best! I have one very much like it and I actually like those old toggle switches - no question as to whether it is "on" or "off"
I vote for the Jetway board as well and that 4th case. Love the Tomato board, but AGP really opens up graphics options.
Main pc: Asus ROG 17. R9 5900HX, RTX 3070m, 16gb ddr4 3200, 1tb NVME.
Retro PC: Soyo P4S Dragon, 3gb ddr 266, 120gb Maxtor, Geforce Fx 5950 Ultra, SB Live! 5.1
I like #4 quite a bit too! Will make a nice looking building at the end of the day.
I also vote for the Jetway mobo and case #4 (unless you really need the extra ISA slot).
Ooohh, the pain......
I'd use the Shuttle board, I ran a Shuttle Hot-603 (slightly older, just before AGP) back in the day and loved it..

I have two of these cases at present and have had others like it in the past including one full tower. I personally think it's one of the best looking AT style case designs.

Yes is a pretty nice case, I haven't seen it live yet, I can't wait for it to get to its new home 😊

( I know...newbee questions 😊 )
Fairly easy to make from front panel wires, PS/2 port from a dead mobo and old videocard with S-Video out:
I added a ferrite filter just in case, I had one to spare.
Can you show that from the other side? Nonetheless looks awesome.
So, Im' gathering parts for this Only-Dos-Time-Machine.
Specially looking for sound related parts.
I was hoping to use a SB Pro 2 + Roland MPU-IPC-T + Sound Canvas + Mt32, but this is a very expensive setup for me at the moment.
I haven't got an Mpu-IPC-T neither a Sound Canvas.
I'm going for a more practical setup, a SB16 CT2330 + NEC XR385 (I prefer this one over the Sound Canvas) + MT32 + SoftMPU
I like this setup, the only downside is the SB16's high noise, that's why I would have preferred the SB Pro2 over the SB16. Oh well...nothing's perfect 😀
BTW, got this on the mail today.
The unit is absolutely like new, not even a scratch!
Pingaloka, wow, that's pretty cool! What card are you going to plug it into?

There is not much I can show, it's all covered with white silicon... Savage job, I know. I could do better now, yet while this one works I don't have to 😁
I used this info http://pinouts.ru/Inputs/PS2Mouse_pinout.shtml
The stand-alone pin is pin 1, the absent pin is pin 2, the other pins are 3,4,5. Just in case you can always check if pin 3 is connected to Ground and pin 4 to +5V line.

I'm putting it along a SB16 CT2230 + NEC XR385

Is there even solder in there or is it just encased in silicon to hold it in contact? 🤣
But seriously - it probably doesn't want for strain relief, and if it works, it works. 😎

There is solder, yet I knew little about solder back in the days 😁
Oh and I forgot to say - that MT32 looks PRISTINE. Very nice find.

Yeah! Can't wait to use it. My new case is probably arriving today.... 😊

I got this one from a private seller here in Spain Vetz, not ebay...

Quite the coincidence then! There was a boxed MT32 for sale on Yahoo Auctions that looked exactly like yours. So I thought you got it from there 😀
