I agree. I've had TV's and monitors that are out in the rain. I've learned that usually if you let em sit and dry for a day or two before powering them on, they work later. I've even had some wet TV's turn on and work right off the bat. But these days I'll only take something like that if I want it enough, because if its just some BPC VCR or TV, I won't take it.
