Alternative to _INMM.DLL for Windows 98?

I started messing around with PCem recently, which is pretty fantastic btw! I found that to get _INMM.DLL to work correctly with .OGG files in Win9x, this must be installed: http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/oggdsf/ogg … s_0.73.1936.exe. It is a .OGG DirectShow filter pack.

Another note. Couldn't for the life of me make _inmm.dll work with Quake 2 - there was just no audio - and if you have the same issue, here is a solution. Just install Winamp and use it instead of DSHOW in _inmm configurations. Winamp 2.x to be precise, because newer versions will have a much higher performance overhead (even 2.x cut my Quake 2 performance on P3 in half, which is fine in 640x480 3dfx OpenGL mode, but it is mostly unplayable on my P2).
