Prices seem reasonable. Haven't gotten the memory yet though, so I can't vouch for it yet.

Just got my 30 pin SIMMs today, my 386 is fully up and running with 16 MB 60ns 9 CHIP SIMMs and each SIMM module was individually wrapped in its own section of a static proof bag, so looks like a good place to get ancient RAM 😊

I have also one question and I hope I did not miss the answer in this thread:

- I overclocked my 386sx25 to 30mhz. Isa at 15MHz (with 16bit DMA WS at +1)
- when running at this speed I can’t use „slow refresh“ since systems tends to hang

Will faster simm modules make this possible?

Maybe. The faster chips might handle the longer interval between refreshes, and they may not. It is not related to their speed rating, it's more of a chip quality issue
