Well i have a collection of silica dissecant, i would blow air with a compressor try kick out as much water as possible.
Since i live in a dry place(humidity are usually below 40% at 37ºC ) so i just let everything open and point a fan to ventilate and leave it for a day with a lot of silica dissecant bags
Hopefully there is no cmos battery to short anything.
