right. my point was that it's a real thing that people trying to make dos games work do actually run into. creative labs was a real punk back in the day.
AFAIR I once encountered a curious anomaly, trying to use Thunderboard with Pinball Fantasies:
- it did work when selected "Sound Blaster"
- it did NOT work when selected "Thunderboard"
Can anybody else with a Thunderboard try that, please?
