I have a PCI Milennium doing the same thing 🤣, will have to reflash that one too sometime.

I just got ahold of a G200 AGP last week - sold as "tested, working". It wasn't outputting any video whatsoever, but the system detected it perfectly. A BIOS flash fixed it right up. This entire issue with the G200-series (and possibly earlier Matrox cards as well) seems oddly reminiscent of the Voodoo3s who seem dead, but really just need a fresh BIOS flash due to bit rot.

I successfully fixed 2 out of 2 nonfunctional Matrox G200 cards by flashing the bios. Seems like a common problem with these.
