Double-check in a PCI 2.2 system (So7 is invariably PCI 2.1) before completely writing it off.

Top to bottom: Radeon 9200 SE, 128 megabyte DDR, Radeon 7000, 64 megabyte DDR, and Nvidia NVS 280, 64 megabyte DDR. With my TXP4, the 128 9200 will not POST (it works in other computers) but both the 7000 and the Quadro work fine.
