Update:
Sorry for necroposting but considering this is a good hit on Google I figured I'd leave this final update...
I finally returned to this restoration project after clearing out some junk and have FOUND the original Boot Floppy that goes with the original restoration CD I noted above.
Boot Floppy P/N: 6707570701 is labelled FL96 MCD/W'95 BOOTFLOP UK and was uploaded to Internet Archives here , a huge thank you to uploader "hogsy"!
MASTER CD - English P/N: 6707430501, which was found before the Floppy, is available on Internet Archives and was posted by "vilshult", thank you for that!
The final piece of the puzzle which I sourced last year minus the restoration media is the "Packard Bell CD Collection", P/N: 6707170001 which was uploaded in full by "jonathanen" to IA too. https://archive.org/details/cd-collection.
A massive thank you to everyone who has uploaded the pieces of these puzzles over time, and thanks again to everyone who contributed to this topic. The insights were a good learning point 😀
Long live the PB Multimedia PCs, and all things "retro"!
