No, the differences between XT and AT keyboards are at a controller/protocol level (for starters AT keyboards use bi-directional communication where XT just unidirectional input), not a BIOS setting. So you need a keyboard that supports XT or an adapter. If you have AT keyboards check for switches on the bottom, an XT/AT switch was common in the early 1990s.
