I believe the 8086 can only have 640KB of Ram, if yours had 1MB, it might have been the 286 variant - it's still called "model 30".

About IBM, I'm not sure if it had 1MB, maybe you're right, but I'm sure it wasn't a 286, because it had 8 bit ISA slots, I also started with an XT (assembled), it had a frequency of 12 -15MHz and this is 1MB of RAM, there was DOS 3.3 and Windows 1.03, I still have these programs today on an 8MB CF, ready to use on PCs like this, in case I find one to put in a collection.

Yes, I have some parts to rebuild an XT, but I'm missing a MB, unfortunately they are not easy to find, and they cost quite a bit, furthermore the functioning is not guaranteed (in most cases), in short it would perhaps be simpler and cheaper to assemble a new XT, rather than getting a used one, I think there are kits like NuXT, or other similar ones.
