So if you rely on the automatic voltage recognition, it could be possible that it starts with a lower voltage, when with the P.MMX it starts at 125 MHz, this is normal, but if you switch to the jumpers manually, if you select for example 2.9V , you must have about 2.9V (+ or - 0.1V), does this tell you if it works or is there a problem?
Since the voltage becomes lower, according to what you have measured, if this is indeed the case, you could try the P.MMX at 200 MHz, and instead of 2.8V you can select 2.9V or even 3.2V, but I advise you to try the 2.9V, check the VCORE voltage, if it is low it should also be low at 3.2V, but pay attention to the temperatures, the ideal would be a k6 233, that has 3.2V from the factory, and can also work at 2.9V (perhaps not very stable).
