The missing power inductor seems to be replaced with some kind of bridge? Is this possibly a factory modification, maybe it is supposed to be empty? Or is it just what's left of the inductor that was once there?
All other photos of the card I can find online have the power inductor there but they are ASSY Revision A or B models, mine is a Revision C..

Also, I have this broken FX5200 I can scavenge for parts; after a quick look at it I noticed it has a similar 1R0 inductor, but it's not shielded, a simple coil I believe, would this also work in a pinch?
