Bought the cooler on Ali. As expected, the thread in the plate was totally wrong. The holes had M2 or M2.5 (don't remember exactly) but screw had M3.
So I had to buy a thread tap M3, re-drill holes with right diameter (2.5mm) and make a new thread. Because the plate is aluminum it's not so difficult. I liked the process and cut new thread in the almost all holes. An important thing is to hold tools perpendicularly, lubricate the thread tap and not hurry on.
