It is still v3.5, because nothing has changed in the FTP2P code since the last release. I am quite satisfied with the result already. 😀

Nice choice.

There are people out there saying it becomes insane to manage build lifecycle when submodules are present. I think it's just best to decouple dependencies.

Personally, I don’t usually like submodules in larger projects either, but in this case there’s only one, and it fits perfectly.

Given that mTCP doesn't change that often it is probably a safe choice to use it as a dependency. I'm also fairly careful not to make breaking changes to APIs, so it should be safe.

Thanks for doing this - now I have a great example to point other people to!
