"Keyboard not found, press F1 to continue".
and the evergreen classic:
"Error".
Two Windows error messages (the first one did sort of make sense, if you took it to be asking you to plug in a keyboard, and then press F1 to continue booting Windows), but the second message, which could apply to various programs, wasn't exactly useful, since "Error" was the entire text of the error box. Yes, really easy to diagnose what caused that error, thanks Microsoft.
It's like when you try to delete a file, and Windows tells you that it can't delete the file as it's currently in use, and advises you to close down any program that might be using that file and try (to delete the file) again. You know, when it would be fifteen thousand times more useful if Windows told you what program was using the file, but given that Microsoft don't even like adding in stuff that users have wanted for years, like a Windows function for printing a folder's contents (with user defined specifications), or being able to copy and paste the text from an error box, perhaps it's not surprising that Windows is unwilling to share any information with you that might help you solve the problem.

True to form, Win10's setup routine can sometimes show a very similar message.
