There's a bunch of others. Out of this world, twinblok, aladdin, mystic towers, star control 2, crusader no remorsegret, extreme pinball, charly the clown, etc. but this is an opl3 thread and there's less opl3 stereo games than tracker games.

Even more rare though are tracker+OPL hybrids like Zone66 and Jim Power...

Rise of the Triad shareware version 1.0 has stereo OPL3 support. For some reason, it was removed in all versions beyond 1.0. The original filename that Apogee uploaded to the BBSes back in the day was 1ROTT.ZIP. It's pretty easy to find, and the ROTT music in glorious stereo OPL3 is freaking awesome!
