NOTE: This is an older version of the recreation. Go down a couple comments for the newer version.

Alright. What do you think? That "3D" shape was pretty tough, but I think I got pretty close. Its a bit more painterly than the original, but I think it still works.

Feel free to provide criticism.

Thanks. I think I can get a little bit closer actually. I might want to make some minor tweaks.

UPDATE:
Alright. Here's a better version. I mainly changed the texture on the 3D shape and tweaked the sizing on the FX text.

While digging thru VIA's old website ran into these hi res (2400x2000 +/-) and lower res logo's from 2006-2007.
Attached the hi-res in a zip.

I've made a wallpaper for my Pentium 1 computer a year ago, which has a Voodoo1, thought I'll share it here too. It's 800x600, so it should be fine for most machines.

I have saved a pile of wallpapers from back when dell actually hosted drivers for pre-2008 alienware systems, most of them are recolors of the area 51 /aurora cases, I'll make those a separate reply
