P2 350mhz + Diamond Viper V550 + 3Dfx Voodoo 2 12MB + AWE64 + 128MB SDR @ msdos / win98.

Alright. What do you think? That "3D" shape was pretty tough, but I think I got pretty close. Its a bit more painterly than the original, but I think it still works.

Feel free to provide criticism.

Super love this recreation! Hope you don't mind I put together some 16BIT BMP versions for use on old systems, cropped to various resolutions as they're intended to be centred or tiled wallpapers.
There are black and teal versions in the ZIP (indexed to match the default teal Windows uses.)

Here is a IBM one I stole from a vm that i used a Aptiva recovery disc on. It's usually a .Bmp but it would not let me upload it as that.
