Can you check under the heatsink to give us a photo of the chip and memory?

Hmm.... that's not something I would normally do out of fear of causing damage to things, removing that kind of stuff makes me nervous!
Here is a picture of the back side of the card that has extra identifying stickers/labels. Hopefully that helps!

You might want to plan on replacing the thermal paste anyways. Depending on this cards use and the quality of the paste, it might be necessary to improve the health and longevity of the card.
I always replace the paste on cards that I receive and put a date on them somewhere so that I'll know how old it is.

GPU-Z froze when I ran it, I'll try downloading a different version. 3DMark worked Perfect though!

An Aopen AX6BC that I bought arrived, along with a couple of Pentium processors.
But the big win for me is that my old Voodoo 3000 and both sound cards I had for years still seem to ne functional, one has A3D support, so Half Life should sound incredible 😀
Yup, @AGP4Life's card is definitely a preproduction NV40/GF6800 Ultra card.
I think there existed a GPU IHS shot but the site (TechARP) it comes from seems to be dead.

That's just awesome I'm glad it's working. It's very cool you got an engineering sample card.

Oh, cool! That's quite a find.
Any Engineering Sample nvidia card would be cool, but a 6800 Ultra is a very notable card since it was their last native (bridgeless) AGP card, and their last top-of-the-line card that natively had Windows 9x support.
Two classics.
Wait a minute... everything is a classic around here
-PAS16 with LSMI. This one is going to replace the discrete CM260 cd-rom controller in the Highscreen 386 DX 33MHz system. It has a Philips CM206 cd-rom drive, so the NCR chip on the PAS is going to be useful this time.
-And the Legendary 😉 ECS K7S5A mainboard. The Athlon XP 2000+ had a bit of a rough time during transport. Not sure if it still works, but two corners don't look good. Note to sellers: always ship stuff with the HSF left off. I could've asked of course, but forgot. One stick is 256MB CL2, the other CL3.

I like the K7S5A / pro they looks great. (the pro is purple !)
I have a system built around K7S5A pro + Athlon 1000 + Rage Fury MAXX because the SiS 735 chipset is one of the few Athlon chipsets that works well with the Fury MAXX.
The motherboard is not very period-correct (something like late 2001) but i really wanted an Athlon 1000 with the MAXX.
I since obtained a GA-7IXE4 (AMD 750 Irongate + Socket A) that should also support the MAXX while being more period correct.

I haven't heard this before. Can you provide some more information about this?
Probably the universal AGP slot thing.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

Ok 😁 my affirmation was a bit definitive. Have not tested everything first hand but at least this is an Athlon chipset that is known for sure to work with the MAXX
(edit 2 : swapped KT400 & KT600)

Is this specifically regarding AMD compatibility? I don't see any Intel chipsets listed there.

Yes, i only listed Athlon chipsets but i tested more motherboards
For Intel ones, i tested 440BX (and Via Apollo Pro 133 iirc) successfully
For the not working ones, i tested i850 (MSI 850 Pro2) for S423 P4 Willamette

The thermal paste came from a retailer, after a week of sitting in the warehouse of the courier though 🤣
Looks like my POST code card, that works on ISA
If it's dual it's kind of cool ... 😎

I got a Number Nine 9GXE PCI . It seems to be stock 3MB ram but there is 1MB FPM and 2 MB faster CMOS VRAM.
Is mixing this RAM type going to slow down the ZIP VRAM?
Grabbed this “Diamond SpeedStar Plus”. I believe it’s pretty much the same as a SpeedStar 24.
I also got this CT1830. Hopefully it will work with my CR-563-B.
Got this Creative Labs Video Blaster (CT6040) for pretty cheap. Doesn't have the expansion ports but it's still pretty rare. Apparently one of the few graphic cards that supports 2 monitors in Windows 3.11.
Not sure why this guy is selling the same card for $950 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/131472457139
I thought those were video capture cards.
