Reballed one memory chip and reflowed the rest just as a precaution. Channel A on the back was faulty. Reflowing means liquifying the solder balls with flux and physically moving the chip a tiny bit, not putting it in the oven together with your thanksgiving turkey. 😉

The capacitors were also more of a precaution although they were definitely on their way out. I measured capacitance between 330 and 400yF and ESR between 350 and 600. They were rated at 470yF and more like 150 ESR from the factory.
