An ION is small, powerful, and electrically charged.
IONDOS is a live/bootable, HDD installable, 8088 compatible, and excessively tiny DOS distribution.
It is free for non-commercial purposes. It is based around existing closed (but still free) and open source components with some exclusively developed for it, and others modified to suit its needs.
