Shameless bump after 4 years.
I collected 4 Savage4 cards, I've got the "xtreme" thanks to Con 2 botones.
All of them are not real "xtreme", here are the pictures and frequencies:
First card is: DH-Savage4 Rev 2.0 32mb

Clock: 110/125
I tried to overclock this card up to 146/133 but the performance improvement was negligible (1 fps on incoming, 59,84 while the Diamond 16mb did 68 despite the lower clock!)
Second card: Diamond S3 Savage4 pro 8mb with no heatsink

Clock: 120/100
Third card: Diamond Stealth III 540 16mb AGP Savage 4

Clock: 125/125
Fourth card: Number Nine Savage 4 with 16mb of sgram

Clock: 143/153
Performance wise, the best is the Number 9, followed by the Diamond S540, the 32mb cheap version and in the end the 8mb.
I also found this card:
But I couldn't find the spreadsheet of the memory, in your opinion could it be a 32 mb? The memory is rated for 6ns so it should be able to reach the 166, I can use a beefy heatsink and make it 166/166?
