1) The arcade version of Air Buster uses some sound effects which I am convinced must have been part of a commercial package of stock sounds, since they can be heard in other games and anime. There were some DOOM sound effects like this too, I'd hear them in local TV ads in the '00s. The main one I think was from the end of DOOM 2 when enemies kept spawning from a portal??
2) One of Judau Ashita's taunts in Super Robot Wars F is this bit of mocking laughter "heh heh...n da" and in the Saturn game NOON there's a girl who gloats over her win by humming "hmm hmhm hm hm hmmm"
3) Nepgear says "*giggle* does it suit me?"

C&C and red alert are surprisingly useable in work! if someone asks you to do something it's so tempting to say "unable to comply, building in progress" or just do nothing and say "silos needed"
