Not sure if this is the right DLL for the Xcard as I found it in the Ventura Plus driver.

I have a Voodoo3 card that has "SIGMA" in the name. I wonder if it's from the same company?

I modify Win9X drivers ver. 2.1 with correct version of digital overlay library. So now it compatible with videocards Feature connectors and VPE support.
Driver and App attached.
Tested with ATI Rage Pro AGP, ATI Rage128 AGP
