Came across this guy at https://www.youtube.com/c/vintagegeek
Very well done videos. And he has his own museum in Knoxville! Too bad I live too far away.

This shouldn't be posted in the hardware section imo.
But while I'm here:

not sure the below is really qualifying as part of the vintage tech scene but i found this video on the downfall of olivetti and an exploration of an abandoned computer factory:

it was pretty interesting
It sure qualifies to me, thanks.
Even if not that related to vintage computing most of the time, I've really been enjoying Mark's channel, Mend It Mark: https://www.youtube.com/@MendItMark/videos
(apologies if it was already recommended)
Lots of stuff goes through his workshop, from 1920s gramophones to 1960s jukeboxes and everything up to today. He makes videos mostly about audio related stuff but there's a little of everything in there, more than worth a watch if even for the workshop tour videos and equipment alone:

Plus his demeanor when facing problems and the way he calmly and so happily explains things makes it that much more enjoyable
Atkelar's channel comes to mind right now. This fine channel has vintage repair videos, including old PCs. ^^

Most of his videos focuses on early era PCs from a technical perspective with a mix of some programming related info (he has another channel dedicated to that called PCRetroProgrammer, centering on 8088/8086 and CGA).

I love his stuff, he was the one that made me take the plunge and actually pick up a soldering iron and dig out some old dead boards to see if they can be brought back to life.
Not all successes for me, but a lot of fun was had trying, and its all thanks to him.

I didnt know he was on here, but I cant say Im surprised.
He is one of my personal heroes.
I wondered about messing about with soldering iron for years, watched BigC and Louis R for years but it was Necroware that made me try it myself.
